Visva-Bharati, a Central University and an institution of National Importance, invites application from eligible candidates for filling up the vacancies of Deputy Registrar, Hindi Officer in the pay scale of Rs.15600 to 39100, Hindi Translator in the Pay Scale of Rs.9300 to 34800 and Hindi Typist in the pay scale of Rs.5200 to 20200 with different grade pay. Candidates having suitable qualifications for above mentioned posts in Visva Bharati University may apply in prescribed format and send their application to the office of Registrar on or before 20/04/2012. 1. Deputy Registrar & Equivalent – Rs.15600 to 39100 + Rs.7600 GP – PG Degree with 55% Marks with 9 years experience as Assistant Professor – Age: 45 years

2. Hindi Officer – Rs.15600 to 39100 + Rs.5400 GP – PG Degree with 55% from a recognized University with experience of 5 years of translation works – Age: 40 years

3. Hindi Translator – Rs.9300 to 34800 + Rs.4200 GP –PG Degree in English / Hindi from a recognized University – Age: 30 years

4. Hindi Typist – Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.1900 GP – Age: 25 years – Class 12th Passed from a recognized board with type writing speed of not less than 25 wpm in Hindi

Application Fees: Rs.400 for the post at SL No. 01 and 02, Rs.200 for the post at SL No. 03 and 04. The prescribed application fees should be paid in the form of an a/c payee demand draft in favour of Account Officer, Visva-Bharati, drawn on SBI, Santiniketan Branch (2121). Only 25% of normal application fees is required to be paid by SC / ST Candidates. No fees for PH Candidates

How to apply: Duly filled original application with 12 extra copies of it, one set of attested copies of supporting documents, two latest passport size photographs signed at the bottom and demand draft must reach the University on or before 20/04/2012 before 5 pm.
