Recruitment details for the vacancies of Lower Grade Clerk and Tax Collector in Andaman and Nicobar Administration: -

1. Lower Grade Clerk

No.of Vacancies – 21 ( Gen – 16, ST – 04, PH – 01 )

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade pay of Rs. 1900/- per month

Age limit – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 33 years as on last date of submission of application. Relaxation in age will be given as per rule of government.

Educational Qualification – Candidates should have pass certificate of Intermediate examination from any recognized board and typing having speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on manual type writer and 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer from any recognized institute.

2. Tax Collector

No. of Vacancies – 15 ( Gen – 10, ST – 04 and PH – 01 )

Scale of Pay – Candidates will be paid their salary in pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200 plus Rs. 1900/- grade pay.

Age limit – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 33 years as on closing date of receipt of application. Relaxation in age as per rule of government.

Educational Qualification – Candidates should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination ( 12th ) from any recognized board and qualified in a written test to be conducted by the council.
